Chief physician for neonatal intensive and monitoring care in Lahti

We are seeking a permanent chief physician to join our skilled team at a hospital within the HUS ERVA area. The neonatal intensive and monitoring care unit has 9 beds and family rooms where mothers stay with their babies. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care in the unit, managing newborn care in the delivery and adjacent wards, and running the neonatal development outpatient clinic. The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration and training of specialist doctors in a teaching hospital setting.
