Nurse position in northern addiction services, Saarijärvi, fixed-term

We are seeking a nurse for mental health and addiction services in Saarijärvi on a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026. The role involves supporting clients' functional capacity through various treatment methods and participating in opioid substitution therapy. You will work as a nursing expert in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with different actors and networks, and contribute to developing addiction care in northern Central Finland. The position requires knowledge of addiction disorders and their treatments, as well as the ability to understand connections between depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictive behaviors. The salary is 3186.22 euros plus experience-based increments, with mainly weekday work including planned weekend and holiday shifts.
