Part-time educator needed in Wesermarsch/Stadland area

Paddfinners gGmbH offers support for traumatized and attachment-challenged children and youth. We are seeking a part-time professional to provide 64 hours per month of 1:1 or 1:2 care for one or two children in a family setting. The role involves supporting the resident caregiver with a trauma-sensitive approach, mainly during afternoons and school holidays, with flexible hours and payment according to tariff.
