Permanent nurse position in home care, Helsinki

We are looking for a nurse to join our diverse home care team in West Helsinki. The position offers a long-term, permanent opportunity starting as soon as possible. Work hours are mainly weekdays from 7:30 to 15:30, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include home visits, monitoring patient condition, medication management, coordinating a small team, and using the Domacare patient system.
