Property caretaker needed for permanent position in Kouvola area

We are looking for a property caretaker for a permanent role in the Kouvola region. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, repair work, and monitoring technical systems of assigned properties. The job requires good organizational skills, initiative, and strong customer service abilities. A valid B driving license and fluent Finnish are essential. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 7:00 to 15:00, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional on-call duties, flagging, and manual snow removal.
