Sociologist position in child welfare aftercare in Vaasa area

We are looking for a motivated and skilled sociologist for a permanent role in child welfare aftercare within the Pohjanmaa welfare area. The initial workplace is in adult social services in Vaasa. As an aftercare sociologist, you will support young people aged 18-23 transitioning from child welfare. The work involves planned social welfare professional duties aimed at enhancing the young client's functional capacity, life management, and participation while preventing social problems.
