System specialist for Titania with customer support focus

We are looking for a motivated system specialist to join our team in a permanent role, responsible for Titania main user services alongside the time management team. Your tasks include ensuring daily production, resolving disruptions, and providing user support for Sarastia's Titania customers. You will also participate in process development, system projects, and training, with opportunities to tailor your role based on your skills and interests.
