Experienced nurse needed as clinical and administrative lead

We are looking for a skilled nurse to take responsibility for competence development and quality assurance within our health service team in Norway. The team includes nurses, social educators, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, based in Ladegårdsgaten 67. This role involves both clinical work and administrative duties, with a schedule of day shifts during the week and weekend clinical work, offering flexible weekend shift options. The nurse will work closely with department leaders and follow municipal guidelines and quality systems.
